I bring compassion, expertise, and lived experience to understanding how our brains and bodies respond to challenges- including the chronic health conditions that often accompany grief, trauma, and neurodivergence. My holistic and integrative approach combines nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity, and intuitive energy work with care that is always non-pathologizing, non-judgmental, and authentic.

Since 2009, I've been a resource to the widowed community as a peer, mentor, advocate, and more recently as a mental health professional- helping to guide those who are grieving through a process of self-discovery and rebuilding after loss.

I also support late-identified ADHD and autistic adults in understanding their unique neurotypes, unpacking years of masking and misunderstandings, and moving toward self-acceptance, authentic living, and navigating life with greater ease and self-compassion.

COACHING vs. THERAPY
Andrea is both a mental health therapist and a holistic coach. Although the services she provides are similar, coaching and psychotherapy are distinctly separate services. Coaching focuses on client-set goals and forward movement, while psychotherapy diagnoses and treats mental disorders. If psychotherapy needs are identified in a coaching client, Andrea will make appropriate referrals. To maintain ethical boundaries, Andrea cannot serve as both coach and therapist for the same client.
